The purpose of the label is to stand as a guarantee of the brands’ positive social and environmental practices. Printemps has always embraced the major changes in society by integrating them into its development and democratizing the latest trends. Today, by pursuing a strong and unique commitment to the circular economy, Printemps is furthering its efforts by promoting the positive and sustainable initiatives of responsible brands and citizens.
The “Unis vers le Beau Responsable” label federates a community of over 500 committed brands in all sectors (Fashion, Accessories, Beauty, Home...). The label was created in partnership with brands recognized for their commitment and independent experts. Brands with the “Unis vers le Beau Responsable” label are selected on the basis of demanding social and environmental criteria, taking into account the entire product life cycle: creation and sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, use and maintenance, and end-of-life. To promote this growing joint effort, Printemps is showcasing brands with its "United for Responsible Beauty" label throughout its retail network, while updating the line as newcomers arrive.
