Le Printemps won the Prix 2024 des Employeurs Engagés de la Ville de Paris in the “Inclusive Recruiter” category for its customized training program with France Travail, which enabled jobseekers with no previous experience to be trained in the sales professions, in line with Printemps' standards of excellence.
Throughout their training, beneficiaries were able to draw on the experience of Printemps employees: presentation of professions, coaching for job interviews, on-the-job training and assessment of acquired skills. Many of the participants have gone on to secure permanent contracts within the Printemps Haussmann store, demonstrating the effectiveness and positive impact of this program.
As a committed company, the Group is committed to encouraging diversity and inclusion, and thus giving everyone a chance. Following the success of this first edition, new programs are already underway, notably at Printemps and CITADIUM in Marseille.
Many thanks to the jury, Mrs. Afaf El Kaoun-Gabelotaud, Deputy Mayor of Paris in charge of business, employment and economic development, and to Mossi Traoré, sponsor of the 2024 edition.
