Concerned about the well-being of its employees, last October the Printemps group launched a policy to support parenthood in the workplace, with the aim of helping all its employees to better reconcile their professional and family lives.
This project, initiated by two female employees who won an internal innovation challenge, and supported by the Group's Human Resources department, has made it possible to review all internal processes, propose new measures and set up internal communication tools designed to better inform teams and their managers.
On Monday December 2, the project team gathered around Jean-Baptiste Dacquin, Group Managing Director of Human Resources, and Jérôme Ballarin, Chairman of the Observatoire de la Qualité de Vie au Travail, to officially sign the Charte de la Parentalité en Entreprise.
This commitment marks an important step in our drive to foster an inclusive working environment that respects the needs of parent-employees. By becoming signatories, we commit to :
- Promote work-life balance for all our employees.
- Change the way parenthood is portrayed within our company.
- Create a supportive environment that respects all forms of parenthood and guarantees equal opportunities for career development.
This charter, already adopted by over 1,000 employers in France, aims to improve the quality of life at work and support employees in their family responsibilities. We firmly believe that this commitment will contribute to the well-being of our teams and enhance our corporate culture.
