The Place des Tendances app also incorporates an innovative sizing solution that uses two photos (anonymized and immediately deleted) to find the ideal size for the user. Behind this functionality lies an AI algorithm that combines customer information (morphology thanks to the photo) with product information and cross-references it with transactional data, i.e. purchases and customer returns.
